The golf course is an easy, less than one hour drive, from Málaga airport or Gibraltar and you are spoilt for choice with the abundance of good hotels and rental apartments in the area, whatever your budget!
Situated between San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona at Benavista, the course lies one kilometre from the El Paraiso hotel.
MISSION STATEMENT
"Our mission is to continually upgrade the golf course, clubhouse and other facilities, for the benefit and enjoyment of the members and visitors, in a sporting, friendly multinational environment".
Everywhere you look the views are magnificent, from many holes you can see the blue of the mediterranean and there is always the backdrop of the dramatic mountains. Gary Player has used these natural resources brilliantly to create one of the best designed courses on the Costa del Sol.
The clubhouse sits in the heart of the course, looking onto the 18th green and was created out of a number of country “casitas” giving it an intimate and friendly ambience helped by the attentive service of the “camareros”.
Without doubt El Paraiso Golf Club is a well designed course that golfers will never tire of playing and will look forward to returning for another chance to conquer!
The club is also justifiably proud of the friendly, social atmosphere enjoyed by members and visitors alike. Visiting golfers are made particularly welcome and can, during most of the year (please check with the Golf Director) enter many of the competitions organised by the club each month.
